Feni Law Review (FLR), established in 2026, is an independent legal writing and academic publication platform founded by Kazi Muhibul Hoque, General Secretary of the Feni University Law Mooting Society (Session 2025–2026).
FLR provides a professional forum for advocates, judges, academics, researchers, law students, and legal practitioners from Bangladesh and around the world to engage in meaningful legal discourse through high-quality writing and scholarship.
Managed by the students of the Department of Law, Feni University, the Review is designed to cultivate editorial, research, and publication excellence among future legal professionals while ensuring institutional continuity through the active involvement of its alumni and successive student leadership.
Committed to fostering a strong culture of legal research and critical analysis, the Review publishes case analyses, legislative updates, research articles, policy and law reform commentaries, and works on international law, constitutional and administrative law, commercial and corporate law, criminal justice, environmental law, and related fields. It also features content on mooting and advocacy, student contributions, expert interviews, book reviews, conference reports, and career development, serving as a platform that advances legal scholarship, professional growth, and informed public understanding of the law.
