Founded in 2019, the Feni University Law Mooting Society (FULMOS) is the premier academic society dedicated to advancing legal advocacy, research, and leadership. We empower aspiring legal professionals through rigorous moot court training, legal research and publication initiatives, policy discussions, academic workshops, and leadership development. Our members actively participate in prestigious national and international moot court competitions, research conferences, and academic forums, representing both Feni University and Bangladesh with distinction. Beyond competition, we strive to foster intellectual curiosity, ethical leadership, and a culture of academic excellence. Guided by our motto, “Embracing the Roots, We Shall Overcome,” FULMOS is committed to developing principled advocates, visionary researchers, and future policymakers capable of creating meaningful impact at both national and global levels.
We exist to develop the next generation of lawyers, scholars, and citizens. Through rigorous scholarship in the Feni Law Review, training in advocacy and mooting, and direct legal service to communities, FULMOS offers a model of legal education that extends beyond the lecture hall.
We believe that a great legal mind is one that combines technical mastery with a stubborn commitment to fairness. It is in that intersection — between the doctrinal and the human — that FULMOS has chosen to do its work.
To establish FULMOS as a nationally and internationally recognized centre of legal excellence by nurturing advocates, researchers, policymakers, and leaders who uphold justice, innovation, and ethical responsibility.
