Established under the initiative of the Feni University Law Mooting Society (FULMOS), BJIL serves as a platform for rigorous, innovative, and policy-oriented research on contemporary issues of international law.
The Journal welcomes contributions from academics, practitioners, researchers, judges, diplomats, and students from Bangladesh and across the globe. Committed to the highest standards of academic integrity, BJIL promotes critical dialogue on public and private international law, international human rights, humanitarian law, international criminal law, environmental law, trade law, and emerging global legal challenges.
