Prof. Dr. M. A. Kashem

Prof. Dr. M. A. Kashem is a faculty member at the Feni University Faculty of Law, where they teach and write on constitutional law, comparative public law, and human rights. Their work has appeared in leading journals across the region and has been cited by courts in Bangladesh and India.

They hold an LLM from the University of Cambridge and a PhD from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining Feni, they clerked at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and practiced in chambers.
